Mensch is right unplug an then replug in your router to set a new ip.. GIve it atleast a Minute unplugged to let things reset ..then get a vpn and lower your thread count

you can try restarting the app .. or you may have to uninstall then reinstall... take note of your purchase id..incase you have to re-enter it ..
