You need to copie and paste the Licence ID into this chat together with your purchase email in the same message (there is literally a copie button next to the Licence ID), otherwise your posts will likely be missed by Admin1 when he comes online and then you will be waiting for longer. you can try restarting the app .. or you may have to uninstall then reinstall... take note of your purchase id..incase you have to re-enter it ..
