You need to copie and paste the Licence ID into this chat together with your purchase email in the same message (there is literally a copie button next to the Licence ID), otherwise your posts will likely be missed by Admin1 when he comes online and then you will be waiting for longer. Don’t expect him to have to scroll back through various messages to find your information. Help him to help you.
