it is not uncommon for admin1 to be away with family or for work commitments, sometimes many days or week can pass without him being online…long standing members here know this already… if you have genuinely paid via the official website and you now want a refund then I have no doubt that admin1 will simply process a refund for you when he is next online - as he has done in the past for other members without patience. if you paid someone else and not via the official manzera website, then obviously he isn’t going to refund you if someone has scammed you.

happened to me a couple months ago . but what i noticed he had some way of knowing when someone pays on the website. as soon as i came to this page the first time i immediatly got that scam page from him which fooled me into thinking it was legit because it was labeled for help . there has to be a way to throw a kink in his ability to do this .
