The first mail would of been the trial request when you registered the app to your pc , that would of just been to move the email over to the purchase email area leave purchase iD blank , click activate and ok , to use for 24 hrs, till admin can verify

ok if you are having problems opening the exe.. it could be your antivirus is blocking it ..the coding gives off a false reading the way the admin coded it in windows
