So that particular target portal does not support providing user/pass for mac lines. No matter what software you use, you will still not get this info. It’s the target portal, not the software.

Two different methods of scanning.
User/Pass and MAC.
Not all portals use both.
User/Pass format varies depending on the target portal.
Some portals the password needs to be different from the username.
Get familiar with what User/Pass format your target portal accepts.
