The first mail would of been the trial request when you registered the app to your pc , that would of just been to move the email over to the purchase email area leave purchase iD blank , click activate and ok , to use for 24 hrs, till admin can verify

ok if you are having problems opening the exe.. it could be your antivirus is blocking it ..the coding gives off a false reading the way the admin coded it in windows

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, see if you can get it to resend the trial request through to register the app to your pc
