This term "hate incident" is listed on the Justice Department's own website and defined elsewhere as being NON-CRIMINAL, in other words 100% LEGAL.
There should be a Congressional investigation into why the Justice Department is bothering to investigate, surveil, catalog and monitor any type of legal acts at all. Under criminal law, a "hate incident" is no different than a "love incident," a "business incident," a "Christmas incident," a "volleyball incident" or any other type of legal, constitutionally protected activity in a free society.
It's outrageous, and yet another sign of the corruption and hypocrisy of Anglo-American so-called liberal democracies, that law enforcement would be concerned with spying on the legal acts of its citizens for any reason.
Libtards tell us we should ignore decades of targeted violence and genocidal rhetoric against white farmers in South Africa because black people there also kill other each other too.
Yet they endorsed months of riots, mob violence, and cultural iconoclasm in 2020 over a single black man dying in police custody (who actually died from drugs).

They're trying to create a Pavlovian fear in the youngest of children, teaching them to be too terrified to have a unapproved opinion. Note that the BBC chose an image with an all White classroom for once.
BBC: At its annual conference in Glasgow later, NASUWT president David Anderson will say racism and misogyny is a growing concern in schools and more needs to be done to tackle online extremism.
A motion at the conference says the language of the extremist influencers is becoming "normalised" for some young people.
It calls for early education on hate speech because by secondary school, many pupils may already have been exposed to far-right narratives.
Teachers have told the BBC that they have seen a rise in sexist and racist abuse in the classroom – much of which they believe has been as a result of online materials and influencers.

Today in the UK, the new mayor of Rotherham was inaugurated
The new mayor is a Pakistani migrant who gained British citizenship. She gave her first speech as mayor, not in English but in Urdu.
Her appointment was made without a vote - elections were not held - the city council simply chose her from among its members.
