This term "hate incident" is listed on the Justice Department's own website and defined elsewhere as being NON-CRIMINAL, in other words 100% LEGAL.
There should be a Congressional investigation into why the Justice Department is bothering to investigate, surveil, catalog and monitor any type of legal acts at all. Under criminal law, a "hate incident" is no different than a "love incident," a "business incident," a "Christmas incident," a "volleyball incident" or any other type of legal, constitutionally protected activity in a free society.
It's outrageous, and yet another sign of the corruption and hypocrisy of Anglo-American so-called liberal democracies, that law enforcement would be concerned with spying on the legal acts of its citizens for any reason.
Libtards tell us we should ignore decades of targeted violence and genocidal rhetoric against white farmers in South Africa because black people there also kill other each other too.
Yet they endorsed months of riots, mob violence, and cultural iconoclasm in 2020 over a single black man dying in police custody (who actually died from drugs).
Yet again, this result exposes the deep state and how any changes proposed that go against globalism will be held up by the judiciary.

An Australian software developer has released a video game which bills itself as an alternate-history version of iconic early 90s first-person shooter Wolfenstein 3D.
The classic game was released in 1992 by American developers id Software, and makes the player an Allied spy during World War 2 tasked with escaping from captivity, with the ultimate goal of killing Adolf Hitler. Later titles in the series established the main character as being of Polish Jewish descent.
In the new game by Pelican Blue Software, Bolsheviktion 3D, the player assumes the role of a nameless White diplomat sent into Bolshevik Russia in 1918 to negotiate with the new regime, shortly after the arrest of the Tsar and his family.

Last night a clear precedent was set.
From now on in any major incident the Police and media MUST immediately disclose:
Age, Sex, Race and Nationality.
A line has now been crossed.
Well at least we know one thing for certain: if the suspect is white the media will point out this fact immediately. That means if the race of the suspect isn't mentioned in the headline, you logically conclude that the suspect is of a migrant background.
