Went to the shop to buy my grandma some milk, tripped over a paving stone and in the one second I had before I hit the floor my brain decided not to let go of the milk so I fell on to my elbow. My glasses flew off my head. I tried to reach for them but couldn’t pick my arm up off the floor. A lady came over to help me. Felt like I was gonna faint or be sick. Went to hospital. Long story short, I’ve broken my elbow and I’ve got to have surgery. Moral of the story: Grandma Towler can go get her own milk in future 😁 How’s your day going?

Second leading candidate to chair grooming gangs inquiry pulls out after four survivors quit.
Jim Gamble was one of two people named in reports as a potential option to lead the inquiry - another, Annie Hudson, withdrew on Tuesday.
The Home Office has said it is "disappointed" that both have pulled out - it comes after four abuse survivors quit the inquiry, accusing officials of watering it down.
