Karl Marx himself could not have come up with a more fitting phrase to describe his own war on private property. If everything must be "within the State" and nothing must be outside of it, then that would necessitate the abolition of all or most private property and the suffocation of all or most private activities entirely, like homeschooling, homesteading, etc.
Therefore in the fascist worldview, private property is seen as an enemy that must be subdued and appropriated so as to eliminate any competition with the State. These sentiments reveal a deep rootedness in the ideas of Marx.

So Jew York Joey here uses a video of jews begging for donations at the wailing wall as some kind of indictment of "capitalism". Beggars are not capitalists, they're socialists who want you to redistribute your wealth to them without giving anything of value in return. Capitalism is when you produce something people want and they reward you with their dollars. The exact opposite of socialist begging.

The second bit is what every lazy do-nothing communist ever says. If you fail to achieve success in a market, blame the market instead of yourself. I think this vague type definition obscures the real meaning of Communism though, which is "collectivized ownership of the means of production". Remember, Marx portrayed himself as an economist and his tomes The Communist Manifesto and Das Kapital were almost entirely about economics. The main thrust of Communism is abolishing market capitalism. They may go about doing that using various methods, among them destabilization via social degradation, but the end goal is ultimately engineering the demise of the private economy and of "surplus value" aka profit.
