Even if this meme were accurate, which it isn't, why bother comparing the number of arrests between two random countries when you can just condemn both for arresting people for social media posts? Secondly Keetman is always praising countries like Russia and China for their authoritarianism and crackdown on 'liberal freedoms' yet at the same time he criticizes Western governments for similar crackdowns. According to the first archived link:

In reality, there are undoubtedly significantly more political prisoners and other persons imprisoned for political reasons."
"At least" does not mean the same thing as "only."
Furthermore, the article doesn't even claim that these political prisoners were arrested for social media posts, and so all that's known about the true number of social media-related arrests in Russia is that it's a positive integer.
Given that the minimum penalty in Russia for a first offense is a 15-day sentence, it's unlikely that the true number of social media-related arrests would even be reflected in a list of long-term political prisoners like Aleksei Navalny.
This is, however, an explicit admission that yes, Russia does arrest right-wingers for pro-white "hate speech", and that the Russian government is qualitatively similar to Western government, even if the number of arrests is quantitatively different.
The second archived link goes on to state that half of the cases in the UK didn't even make it to court because the police were over-zealous in arresting people for "offensive comments that didn't rise to the legal standard of criminality."
At any rate, until the number on the left doesn't include either pro-white right-wingers or positive integers, it's misleading to suggest that the Russian Federation goes easier on its right-wing critics than Western governments do.
