I noticed this phenomenon of Islamic in-group preference and shilling when I was floating around the anti-Zionist circles.
A perfect example is a Muslim convert named Kevin Barrett. This nutjob is a White American convert to Islam who married a Moroccan.
He made it his life's work to "expose" 9/11 as an inside job. He then spent the next 24 years since 9/11 spinning fairy tales that every Islamic terror attack that has ever happened in the West was a "false flag" with innocent Muslims framed. He would use extremely dubious conspiratard "logic" to doubt these events and produce almost no clear evidence they were false flags.
His goal and agenda was transparent: exonerate Muslims for any evil shit they do and blame dastardly non-Muslims for framing poor, innocent, angelic Muslims. A typical Muslim mindlessly shilling for the innocence of his co-religionists. Muslims can do no wrong.
But what was funny was that when the conflict was between groups of Arabs or Muslims, like we saw in Syria with Baathists and Shias vs Sunni militants, he would shill for the Baathists and Shias despite being Sunni himself. He did that because he was a darling of Press TV (Iranian news) and made his living off them and other Shia type media outlets. A paid operative of Iran, basically. On those occasions, he would fault the Sunni extremists and call them "takfiris," but even then he'd still blame their actions on "the West" or Israel and say they were being "controlled". Once again, Muslims have no agency.
Fuckhead Islamists like Barrett don't care about the truth and will spin any absurd conspiracy theory to exonerate his fellow 2-IQ inbred Muslims. He would also fight hard against Western nationalism and pro-White positions because he wants to Islamize and conquer the West for Allah and establish a rape-harem.
In short, Islam is a very dangerous force that colonizes the mind of the convert and turns him into a Trojan Horse for Islamic conquest of the West.

There's a reason that Western Muslims mass protest against Israeli actions in Gaza and Lebanon but were nowhere to be seen when Russia invaded Ukraine:
Many Muslims have an extreme in-group preference and value Muslim lives above non-Muslim lives.
Since Ukrainians are mostly White Christians, the Western Muslims don't see them as "brothers". Many of these Muslims also probably support Russia because Russia is more sympathetic to Muslim countries like Iran and Syria. That's proof they're not against war or imperialism when they feel the power doing it is "on their side" geopolitically.
It all comes down to "what's good for the Muslims" as a group. That's the position they will take on any geopolitical conflict.
This usually falls apart and turns into sectarian warfare when Muslims compete with each other in the Middle East (Sunni vs Shia rivalry / secular Baathist vs Islamist rivalry, etc.) but generally when the sides are more defined between Islamic and non-Islamic, they will go to bat for the Muslims.

💬 Canada considers house arrest for people at risk of committing hate crimes
Justin Trudeau’s government has proposed a law giving judges the power to put someone under house arrest if they fear they could commit a hate crime.
Canada’s justice minister defended the measure, claiming it would be an “important” tool to help protect potential victims.
The person could also be made to wear an electronic tag if the attorney-general requested it.
Other preventative measures could include banning the person from being near a synagogue or a mosque or restrictions on internet use.
