Versus Someone who quietly improves themsleves; then next time you meet them they are in better shape, are doing better in their career or are BEAMING out energy from the inside. How inspiring it is to see that change in others! Through their actions they have created a better life for themselves.
One is a game in which nothing can be won
The other path you are GUARANTEED to win, it just takes time.
Once you awaken, nothing can make you fall asleep again - The lightbulb is on, the fire started
It can mean something as simple as reading a sentence that unlocks a new key mindset
It can mean understanding what habits harm you, and what habits will make you feel better
It can also mean experiencing something terrible that you never want to happen again.
Now, the metacognition of Knowing you are malleable and can improve is the most important step
A better world is achieved through awareness:
The more people are aware of how to live healthier and dis-ease free
The more people are aware of what mental frameworks will lead to a happier life
The more people are aware of what psyops exist to control them
Then the better their world becomes.
So, ye aware one, brighten up others day, allow yourself to be the portal through which they can discover their innate power and Life-force Potential once again! Remember your True Self!

I fear a lot of young men see prominent emotional issues in modern women and because of this immediately seek out the opposite of said women. This is not to say all women or even most women have radical issues handling their emotions, but that we value different things from men and can be hurt by things you would otherwise find unimportant. This is actually especially true with homemaker type traditional women, who’s work is almost entirely “behind the scenes”, and you will rarely have an accurate glimpse into the day to day tasks and chores that she does (because she loves you and doesn’t want you to worry about those things).
This can manifest into resentment. “Why do I even clean the floors if he can’t be bothered to take his shoes off in the house”, etc. No matter how submissive a woman is, you will have to take her feelings into account.
If you wake up everyday saying you are depressed, then chances are you will feel depressed.
If you wake up thinking you're a fucking chad, with the first thing you do is looking in the mirror admiring your physical progression then chances are you will be a chad. Depressoids will seethe and cope about this
Get a watch, don't rely on your phone for telling the time. Try to disconnect phones from your daily life in any way you can.
Any cheap Casio watch will do. It's an investment on your health.
I prefer analog watches because they force you to be conscious when telling the time (Also stylish and brainlets can't read them).
