New feature!

/nodelete [add | del] <plugins> - Allows the given plugins to retain the commands they were executed with by whitelisting them from the "delete commands" administrative setting. Multiple plugins can be specified.

Example usage:

/nodelete add ping spotify administration

This would, when the "delete commands" setting is enabled in /administration, prevent commands for the ping, spotify and administration plugins from being deleted.

Speed enhancements to the entire bot framework have been put in place - especially for retrieving information about IDs! From now on, mattata will be saving all of your known @usernames so, once I have finished implementing it, you will be able to view (when applicable) an array of usernames from /id!
