中央網信辦公布，針對鬥魚平台存在的色情和低俗等嚴重生態問題，國家互聯網信息辦公室，指導湖北省互聯網信息辦公室派出工作組，進駐鬥魚平台開展為期1個月的集中整改督導。
網信辦早前表示，由於新浪微博、鬥魚、豆瓣等網絡平台，履行主體責任不力，未有盡力管理對用戶發布的信息，導致有害信息在網上傳播，網信辦已依法與相關網站負責人約談，責令在限期內整改，從嚴處罰負責人，並向有關公司罰款。

內地股市上升，成交連續第22個交易日多過1萬億元人民幣。上證指數在金融股帶動下顯著上升，曾觸及3400點，是逾10個月以來首次重返3400點，但未能企穩，收市報3395點，升60點，升幅1.81%，是超過兩個半月以來最大單日升幅。深證成份指數升0.4%，創業板指數升0.25%。
多隻中資銀行股升停，包括中行、中信銀行及西安銀行。中字頭、「中特估」繼續向好。
市場人士表示，「中特估」熱潮擴散至金融板塊。第一上海首席策略師葉尚志估計，未來一段時間這類股份會繼續受市場歡迎。不過，他提醒，雖然A股相對強勢，但累計一定升幅，估計在3400點以上或有獲利回吐。
葉尚志表示，年初開始外資重返A股，而近期內部資金亦反映投資者對市場信心增加，包括A股兩融餘額增至1.6萬億元人民幣以上，是去年9月中以來最高。
