Ajanta Pharma Ltd is excited to announce an opportunity for a Supervisor position in the Cardiology Line. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven individual to lead and manage our Cardiology Line across all provinces in Iraq.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team for the Cardiology Line, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
Strategic Implementation: Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s goals across Iraq.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking: Analyze team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and operations to streamline processes.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Therapeutic Area Expertise: Extensive experience in the Cardiology therapeutic line.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and make data-driven decisions.
Track Record: A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and implementing successful strategies.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 30 years or older.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Must)
At least 2-4 years of experience in managing cardiology line
Willingness to travel and manage operations across all provinces of Iraq.
Applicant must be based in Baghdad.
