Dear MedSIN-Sudan LMOs and Members,
I am writing to you today to share a great opportunity for you to meaningfully engage in alleviating the issues caused by the current war on the health status of our country, which is a new immunization centered poll created by UNICEF on their U-Report platform.
Background on U-Report: U-Report is a messaging tool designed and created by UNICEF. The aim is to allow young people to voice their opinions on important issues concerning them. Dear MedSIN-Sudan LEOs,
I hope this email finds you at your best.
By this email, we would like to share the LEOs baseline assessment for the term 22/23.
Each term, SCOPE NT dedicates their efforts to develop and sustain this standing committee through LEOs making their capacitation, orientation, and guidance an utmost priority. This can not be achieved without a proper assessment of the needs and current situation of each and every LMO in order to make activities and initiatives of SCOPE NT more oriented and focused.
That said, we would like to share with you the LEOs' Baseline Assessment form (HERE) for the term 2022/23. The form contains an elaborative assessment for the following domains:
Incomings’ exchange programs
Outgoings exchange programs
Professional exchange capacity building.
SCOPE local teams and general members.
Recognition and LMO collaborations.
Publication and promotion.
Important Notes:
This form is targeting all MedSIN-Sudan LEOs affiliated with fully active, in activation or yet-to-be-activated LCs, hence it should be filled only by the appointed LEO of the LC.
If your LMO does not have an appointed LEO at the moment, the form can be filled out by a local executive board member of the specific LC.
This form is a bit lengthy and takes about 1-2 hours to be answered properly, hence it is not the kind of form that can be filled in at the last minute. Make sure to take your time to fill it out as it will help us gather more concrete and reliable data.
Read the questions carefully, and be honest and transparent when answering questions.
It is recommended from our side to involve your local executive board members to give us a more inclusive assessment of the LC.
Kindly note that the deadline for submitting the LEOs baseline assessment form (HERE) is on 20/04, 23:59 KLT.
SCOPE NT is always available for your question and concerns, contact me or any member of the team directly if you have any.
