The national teams are the main aid to officials in achieving their plans on what serves the organization; It is one of the most important times upon the term to provide the opportunity to our members to learn and develop and excel as future successors to ensure the organization’s sustainability.

• The curriculum vitae, Motivation Letter and the Plan of Action MUST NOT exceed the page limit and MUST be written in Monserrate or Arial font, Size 11. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID. Using more than ONE FONT in the same Application Form will INVALIDE the candidature.
• All applications MUST be submitted to the submission form and NOT via any other means. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID.
• All applications MUST be submitted no later than November 21st; 2024 - 23:59 GMT +2, Applications passing the deadline shall be deemed INVALID.
• The Candidature form must include the LMO President or any other executive board member signature and the LMO stamp. If the respective executive board member is applying, Another executive board member must sign and stamp the candidature form. Otherwise the application shall be deemed INVALID.
• With regards to the candidature form, The name of the position must be written in full form and as the same as the available positions list, The available positions list is attached [Here]. Any applicant uses other than the name submitted to the available positions sheet shall be deemed INVALID.

[Webinar][Road to the 13th Youth PreWHA & 78th WHA Delegation]

The World Health Assembly (WHA) serves as the primary decision-making body of the World Health Organization (WHO). It convenes annually in May in Geneva, bringing together all WHO Member States, along with non-state actors and other key global health stakeholders. The WHA's main responsibilities include setting WHO's policies, appointing the Director-General, overseeing financial policies, and reviewing and approving the proposed program budget.
For the past 12 years IFMSA has been organizing a Youth PreWHA on the days prior to the WHA. The Youth PreWHA aims to empower and strengthen the advocacy skills and leadership of future health professionals as well as to increase the participants’ knowledge about global health themes that are central to the working of the World Health Organization and 78th World Health Assembly.
At each year huge number of MedSIN-Sudan members applying for both PreWHA & WHA, for this year as we want to ensure high quality applications from our members we would like to announce our special webinar:

By this email, we would like to open the 4th Call for MedSIN-Sudan National Teams, Projects’ Coordinators & PPRC 2023/24 to fill the remaining vacant positions.
Application Process:
Thoroughly review MedSIN-Sudan NTs, PCs, and PPRC booklet to familiarize yourself with your duties and job description. You can also review the MedSIN-Sudan Constitution and Bylaws, especially the relevant articles.

Candidates interested in applying must submit the following documents (in PDF format):
Candidature Form: correctly filled out, signed, and stamped by the LMO President. If the LMO President is an applicant, then another Executive Board member from the LMO must sign the document instead, using the template attached to this call.
Candidature Form Template: HERE.
Curriculum Vitae and Motivation Letter: Applicants must submit a recent CV and ML (as one combined document) using only the template attached to this call.
The ML should be written using Arial Font size 12 and must not exceed one page.
The CV+ML template: HERE.
Plan of Action: applicants must submit a detailed Plan of Action for the positions they're applying to.
The Plan of Action must NOT exceed 3 pages using the Arial/Montserrat font size 12. If you exceed the page limit or change the font, your application will be considered invalid.
Naming of Submitted Documents:
Applicants must rename the required documents prior to uploading them as follows:
[GS][CAND NT/PC/PPRC 2023/24 - "Quaternary Name"][Position full name][CV+ML OR CF OR PoA].
Make sure to follow the position name as mentioned in the available position sheet HERE.
Applications should be submitted only through the submission form attached to this call.

Deadline for receiving applications: Tuesday the 2nd of April 2024 at 23:59 GMT+2.
Validity Criteria:
Any application received after the deadline will be considered INVALID and there will be no deadline extension.
Candidature Form must be Signed by the applicant and LMO president AND stamped by the LMO president. If the LMO President is an applicant, then another Executive Board member from the LMO must sign the document instead.
Any application using another template or an old template or format other than PDF will be considered INVALID.
Any application exceeding one page for ML or three pages for the Plan of action will be considered INVALID.
The name of the position written in the CF should be the same as in the available position list (i.e. SCOPH Members Development Assistant) with its capital and small letters.
Writing NPO Development Assistant is incorrect.
Writing any small letter instead of capital is incorrect.
The stamp in the CF should be either digital or electronic. If the LMO President used any other form of stamping (picture); the LMO president should send a confirmation email to the SecGen and Cc the EB with the list of stamped CFs. If there’s no email received all the applicants will be deemed invalid.
Important Notes:
The job description for the position you're applying to is crucial and must be clearly tackled in the goals and action points written within your plan of action. Applicants may add additional ideas if they want but only after fulfilling their job description completely.
Furthermore, your PoA must be relevant to the relevant TO's specified job description and contribute to achieving it.
Applicants must download the given templates first, fill them out completely and correctly, and submit them in the application form in PDF Format within the given deadline.
The position's name on the CF must be EXACTLY as written in the available position list or the NT/PC/PPRC Booklet.
Each applicant may only apply for ONE position. Applicants applying for two or more positions will be disqualified.
