Just trying to indicate (since I'm not in charge either) that the date isn't locked in stone. At least once in the past the date was changed after consensus was reached due to a conflict that arose. Doc, you know you're the closest thing to being in charge, tho you're not.

A year ago, I remained at Copperhead for two months following midfest, in an rv, with water and electricity hook up. Travis charged me $350 per month.

Can we get a weekly or monthly camper discount for some of us, maybe 20 adults could get a better rate?

20 adults camping 5 nights is $1000 (20x5x$10). How about giving us 7 days for $40 each ($800 for 20 people) and they let us use the pool at our own risk? Maybe if they didn't close the pool on us we'd have that, but the stream by rainbow at least had swimming for the $0 camping fee there with the 14 day site limit seemed to attract more freedom minded people, granite there was the eclipse to draw the hundreds there.

Camping isfree at my place during May this year, only billed for vehicle parking at $5/night. If they would match that even, $5/night per 4 wheels perhaps since Jeremiah mentioned some prefer for vehicle limits?

Any negotiators here?

That time, after the group decision and Travis was asked, we learned that date was already taken. We have never lost a date after it had been confirmed.

Confirming with campground, updating the website and notifying the firewood fellow are my necessary tasks. That's all. Still not in charge 👨‍🌾

I can only reiterate this, and, express that I prefer the spontaneity; that my considerations have no influence on the whole!

I’d also like to remark my excitement for a potential overlap of two desireable events:

First, it seems like a great problem to possess, and, mostly: I look forward to and embrace the inevitable expedition and discovery of living priorities induced by a timely decision to discriminate wisely when the quality in selection is of the highest degrees!
