logging obviously tears up and tramples a lot more than campers if that's true. Reminiscent of the eminent domain abuses being used to displace inhabitants often for proposed uses that are never followed through on.

Education is a powerful tool. If there is a way to use the value of the land better, we should seek to educate each other on how to do so. It's pretty obvious the government goons simply want to drive the poor into the cities instead where they're more easily controlled.
The land where they were camping was undoubtedly more useful to more people during their stay there than it has been to people for decades imho.
The State acts from authority rather than from truth and shared knowledge. They wanted to evict people rather than convey techniques for how to camp sustainably. I'd be humbled if there were true environmentalists who were arguing against people living on the land they want to preserve.

Alternative religions such as Voluntaryism are the greatest threat to the religion of Statism's legitimacy. Having huge thriving non-Statist city demonstrated how the entrenched power funnels of "normal" cities are unnecessary, I.e. we don't need them. Unfortunately, too many people follow the Statist narrative: using violence to stop voluntaryist cities such as rainbow and Jackfest is good and necessary...

I was reading some info about the land being connected to a local native tribe and there was conflict there but also that there was a logging operation that had a stake in that area and that could have also been related to the eviction.
