Unfortunately we both can’t go. Doug is, once again, bailing out his idiotic company for the stupid direction management led them. He is now designing a product that may keep them viable until he decides to retire and let the ship sink. Frankly after experiencing the idiocy of my own hospital’s management, I think he should just bail out now and have them beg for his return at 5x salary. But he’s the more responsible one and I’m kind of an asshole. He calls me a Disruptor which is just a nicer term.

I’m finishing up my certification as a functional diagnostic nutritionist so I’m really busy through April. This fall looks better for both of us!

I will miss everyone so much! I’d love to have some rabble rousing conversations with like minded people instead of enduring the mind numbed zombies in Cali all the time.

Camp CaravanArchy will not be attending the Spring Midfest this year, but we will be attending the Fall Midfest. We will be hosting a series of events on the West-Coast this Spring and Summer before heading toward the Ozarks.

That said, I made what I consider my best writeup on the subject of "gun control" today: Here 'tis:

For as long as there exists large empires enforcing obedience upon "subjects", "citizens", etc. we need bigger and better guns capable of killing more people in a shorter amount of time than we see today.

Due to the nature of these empires, whose one and ONLY strategy for solving problems is through the threat and use of violence, such guns should also not be restricted, tracked, documented, "taxed", or limited, but rather dispersed among populations of "subjects" and "citizens", unbeknownst to the "ruling class" or those who would seek to restrict the freedom of peaceful peoples to defend themselves from tyranny, be it from the private sector actors, or by those more sinister actors many today call "governments" and particularly, its enforcers who give them fangs.

Luckily and in large part as a result of 3D-printing technology and the internet, all empires of this world have permanently lost their ability to prevent the mass-dispersal of such undocumented weaponry. They are completely unaware of just how many of these firearms have been manufactured. The number, quality, and production of these tools is only increasing exponentially! Any child can gain access to this technology, and it would be very difficult to restrict them from ramping up their own firearms manufacturing operation.

The idea that "gun control" can in any way effectively prevent people from getting their hands on the tools necessary to protect and defend themselves from State-agents is a MASSIVE delusion. 🖖☯️✌️

Wrt your statement about gun control, I somewhat disagree, but as time goes on will agree more. Although I totally agree with the natural, god-given right to self protection by any means against aggression, it is the belief in authority that keeps the masses inline and unwilling to utilize the tools of self protection against tyrannical governments. It is only when a critical mass of people, although a small minority, is no longer willing to accept the aggression / tyranny and take active steps against it, be it directly or by developing means around it, that change occurs.

Also, I firmly believe in the NAP and the superior strategy of taking responsibility to develop alternatives to gov benefits and convenience, which come with a high price of of restricting personal freedom.

I also believe an armed and informed populace is the best deterrent against government tyranny. However the populace must be responsible and willing to defend their freedom or no tool will be of use.
