Dave and I have never really gotten along on a personal level when we've interacted, but I think he does a good job in these situations. However, I'll say this:

The reason it is generally considered "crude" and "low class" to not want to live around someone because of "their skin color" is downstream of mass media promoting the idea that it's low class by reducing and associating the idea to and with the most offensive Jerry Springer caricatures of "White trash." This sadly feeds into the problem of a certain bourgeois class of Whites disliking poor Whites whom they see as "low class." Within both the Leftwing and Rightwing political establishments, and even within our own spheres here, there really are a lot of well-to-do type Whites who, generally speaking, resent low-class, poor White people.

That said, the idea that being too explicit about racial matters is "crude and low class" isn't entirely new. In the past, "racist" White southerners often frowned on Whites who were too forward about certain racial matters, because they saw it as impolite. In a time when no one felt that race was just "skin color" it was seen as unbecoming to rub certain truths in the faces of Blacks who were otherwise behaving themselves in an acceptable manner.

As for what Wokal Distance says here, I'll say this: Jews enjoy living in and benefitting from White societies, but they believe those societies are one step away from anti-Jewish pogroms. They see Replacement Migration as a way to place a democratic harness on White societies to preemptively counteract any potential state-backed pogrom. The problem is that this isn't a real solution, and it destroys the White societies Jews have historically enjoyed and benefitted from.
