Let me answer a question many of us have asked ourselves: why do we sometimes talk too much and over-express ourselves, even when we don’t want to? What’s the reason behind it?

There are plenty of people who will try to teach you how to control it, but I’m not here to do that. I’m here to help you understand why it happens in the first place. Figuring out what to do with that knowledge is up to you.

The reason is pretty simple and goes back to our evolution. A lot of what we do today is shaped by how our ancestors survived. In early human societies, people lived in small groups. And in those groups, being noticed was a matter of life and death. If others didn’t recognize you as part of the group, you could be left behind. And being left behind meant facing the jungle alone—predators, danger, no protection.

So people talked. They expressed themselves, sometimes more than necessary, just to make sure they were seen—just to stay part of the tribe.

The same pattern still exists today. When you over-express yourself, it’s often because you don’t want to fade into the background. You want to be acknowledged, to exist in the eyes of the person you're talking to.

These days, you don’t need to constantly seek attention to be remembered. Old habits may push you to talk more than necessary, but the next time you start a conversation, remind yourself: you won’t disappear just because you choose to speak less.

Today I was sitting quietly, doing nothing for a few minutes, and I realized something about the world we live in. Our minds are full of mixed thoughts, and each thought seems to contradict another. You want to be rich and successful, but at the same time, you crave peace. You want to be spiritual, yet you also desire the material. Every idea you have seems to fight another idea inside you. It’s strange when you notice it.

When I kept thinking about it, I saw that life itself is built on contradiction. You say you won’t do something because others do it, but then you end up doing it anyway. You do things you hate. You break your own rules. That’s contradiction. And it’s everywhere. Every religion has parts that contradict other religions. Every person has something that goes against someone else’s beliefs, even the people closest to you.

So maybe life needs contradiction to exist. It’s not a mistake or flaw—it’s what keeps things moving. Without it, maybe nothing would change. This is what I wanted to share today. If enough people feel the same, I’ll go deeper into this next time. Try not to miss the depth behind the lines.

If you’ve ever doubted your job, your career, or the path you’re on—whether you’re a student or a working professional—let me tell you something: that doubt is not a problem. Maybe you’re studying for an exam or doing a course that doesn’t feel right for you. Maybe you’re in a job you don’t like, but you’re doing it because society, family, or circumstances have left you no other choice. That’s fine. You’re not broken for feeling that way.

Even the most successful people—the ones with fame, wealth, and recognition—have doubted their path at some point. Doubt doesn’t mean failure. In fact, it means possibility. It means you still care enough to question where you are, and that’s a good thing
.

But here’s the truth: even if you don’t like what you’re doing right now, you still have to give it your hundred percent. Life doesn’t always unfold the way you want. Some paths are straight; others twist and test you. If you dislike your current situation, do it anyway—but do it well. Because when you give your best to something you don’t love, you build the strength and discipline that will later let you succeed in what you truly want.

There’s a kind of escape in success. Once you’ve achieved stability or cleared what’s in front of you, you earn the freedom to choose differently. The problem is, most people give up midway. They get lost and disheartened, thinking that this is how life will always be. It’s not. You can still change direction—but you can’t skip the part where you give your all to what’s in front of you.

Prove to yourself first that you can do great things even when you don’t like them. Then imagine what you’ll be capable of when you finally do something you love.

Let me give you a new way to look at things in life. Suppose you’re a student or a working professional.

You open YouTube or any other app and end up watching a lecture or something related to your work.

In that moment, three people gain value — YouTube, the creator, and you. Everyone’s winning.

Now flip the situation. You open YouTube, Instagram, or whatever app, and this time you watch random videos or reels that have nothing to do with your goals. Who’s gaining now?

YouTube and the creator — but not you. You’re just giving your time, your attention, and getting nothing real in return.

So start seeing things this way — whatever you do, ask yourself, “Is this adding value to my life, or am I just paying the price without even realizing it?” And remember, it’s not just about YouTube — this applies to everything around you.

You know, most people get distracted from what they really want—their goals, passions, or things they care about. Everyone has reasons

—“that happened,”

“this happened”—

but honestly, a lot of the time, people don’t actually want it for themselves. They say they do, but deep down, it’s more about showing others:

“Look at what I’ve done, look at what I have.”

There’s a big difference between wanting something for others and wanting it for yourself. When the focus is outside, trying to prove something, it’s easy to get pulled away. When it’s for yourself, something that really matters, nothing can stop you. Your mind knows, your body knows—you do it because it matters to you.

Many people live to satisfy others, not themselves. In trying to make everyone else happy, they end up losing track of their own path.

Today, I opened YouTube without thinking much, and it suggested a video about a girl who was battling brain cancer. I clicked on it, not knowing it would leave such an impact. The video was a short compilation, about four or five minutes long, but it carried the weight of an entire life.

The girl was just sixteen when she learned she had brain cancer. In her early videos, she seemed shy and anxious, the way most people would be at that age. But after the diagnosis, something in her changed. The fear and hesitation seemed to fade away, replaced by a quiet strength. She began to appreciate life in ways that most of us forget to. The smallest things — a smile, a sunny morning, a simple moment of peace — made her genuinely happy.

She started to live more fully, not because her time was short, but because she finally understood how precious it was. Despite knowing what awaited her, she chose to face each day with gratitude and courage. In 2016, she learned about her illness. By 2019, she was gone. Three years — that’s all she had, and yet she lived them with more meaning than most people do in decades.

Watching that video made me realize how fragile and unpredictable life really is. We spend so much time complaining, worrying, and chasing things that don’t truly matter. We forget how fortunate we are — to wake up, to breathe, to have ordinary days. There are people who don’t get that chance, who would give anything just to live the life we take for granted.

Maybe that’s what life keeps trying to remind us: no matter how complicated things get, there’s always something to be grateful for.

One of the greatest challenges we face as human beings is our tendency to measure ourselves against our past. It might be an insult we received, a compliment that once uplifted us, or an event that left a lasting mark. Over time, such memories become etched into our minds, as if carved into stone. They become fixed reference points—anchors that silently shape our self-perception. The difficulty lies in moving beyond them.

I won’t offer the usual generic advice that others give, because I believe not every problem is solved by advice. Instead, I want to offer a different perspective—one that might change the way you view your past.

Think of it like a dream. What is a dream? It is an experience we have while sleeping, and in the moment, it feels completely real. Whether we are flying, falling, or speaking to someone we know, the experience feels authentic. Yet when we wake, we realize it was only a projection of the mind—an illusion.

Now, consider your past. Suppose something happened to you five years ago. Ask yourself: does it exist now, in the present? Not physically. Its only existence lies within your memory. And here’s where neuroscience offers a fascinating insight: memories are not perfect recordings of the past. As they fade over time, the brain fills in gaps—often creating details that never actually happened. We mistake these reconstructed memories for truth because the mind is adept at tricking us.

In this light, your past is not a fixed reality—it is a dream-like construct, existing only in the mind. Recognizing this gives you freedom. It means those stones carved into your identity are not permanent. They can be reshaped, reinterpreted, or even released entirely.

This is the perspective I offer: your past is not a chain—it is a story your mind tells. And you have the power to change the narrative.

Now you can access classes and resources very easily through YouTube and other online platforms, but you need to remember one thing: true learning happens when you engage with the subject yourself.

From my personal experience, I’ve found that spending time to study and understand concepts on your own helps you retain them much better than just watching someone teach.

Even history shows that many of the most accomplished people were largely self-taught.

When you train your mind to learn independently, you not only build deeper understanding but also strengthen your ability to absorb and apply knowledge effectively.

I had a conversation with my friend recently. He told me that in college, everyone around him seems happy, but he doesn’t feel the same—and that emptiness makes him sad.

I told him that what he sees is only a mask. Most people aren’t truly happy; they’re just performing, trying to please each other, feeding off the shallow comfort of validation from the group. But that kind of validation is fragile—it shifts with moods, trends, and opinions. And in the end, you realize something even harsher: their validation was never real for you. It wasn’t about you at all; it was about their own need to be seen, to be accepted, to belong.

That’s why I told him—stop living through borrowed smiles. Focus on yourself. Please yourself first. Build a life where your worth comes from within, where your happiness is not rented from others but owned by you. Because only then do you grow into someone unshaken by the noise of the crowd, someone who can walk alone and still feel whole.

These days, the idea of “body count” — how many people you’ve slept with — has become a trend, almost a flex on the internet.

Many feel insecure when they haven’t had such experiences, believing they’re missing out on enjoyment. But what no one tells you is the reality behind it. The influencers and people who proudly share high body counts rarely mention the risks. Having multiple partners increases the chances of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), some of which are lifelong or take years to treat. You can never fully know your partner’s medical history or what health risks they carry.

Even with protection like condoms, there’s no absolute safety, and certain infections can still spread. Influencers won’t reveal this truth because it would ruin the image they project. So, before comparing yourself or feeling insecure, remember: real confidence comes from awareness, safety, and self-respect — not numbers

These days I notice many people feel unhappy with the place they live, whether it’s their city or even their country. It often leads to stress or even depression, and it’s more common than we think. I’ve observed this closely because I have friends from over 50 different countries, and all of them share the same struggle—they often dream of living somewhere else.

But this doesn’t mean I’m saying you should never move or change your place. What I really mean is: don’t let this thought become a burden. You’re not alone in feeling this way—it’s something almost everyone goes through.

Man is walking in the dark night. Suddenly he sees something on the road that looks like a snake. Fear grips him. He jumps, runs away, and sweats in panic. Later, someone comes with a lamp, and they both look carefully. It turns out it was just a rope, not a snake.

Explanation:
Most of our fears, worries, and struggles are because we mistake “ropes” for “snakes.” The mind projects illusions, and we suffer unnecessarily. Once there is light (awareness), fear disappears—not because the rope changed, but because our perception changed.

The core point: Reality rarely troubles us; our imagination does.

When someone constantly promotes AI as essential, claiming that those who don’t use it will fall behind, it’s important to challenge the notion of uniqueness.

Consider this: if a task can be done using AI by anyone, and I can do the same task using my own mind, skills, and personality, who is truly unique? In any professional setting, the value that matters is expertise, creativity, and original thinking—qualities that AI cannot replicate. Relying solely on AI doesn’t make someone exceptional; it makes them part of the crowd, indistinguishable from millions of others who have access to the same tools.

Consequently, their personal value diminishes, because there is nothing uniquely theirs to offer. If I were your employer, I would ask: why should I hire you when AI allows anyone to perform the same work? True distinction comes from human insight, judgment, and individuality—not just from using a popular tool.

People today often look for shortcuts in life, even when they already know deep down that there are no real shortcuts. It’s strange how the human mind works. We forget what we already know and repeat the same mistakes. One of the most common examples is the desire for easy success. We want quick results without putting in the real effort.

But think about it. You are here today because your ancestors spent millions of years fighting for survival. Some of them had to hunt for days just to get one meal. They worked without rest because that was the only way to stay alive. Now look at us. We are not willing to give even one or two years to change our life or build a future. This is the contradiction of modern comfort. We’ve made life so easy that we’ve forgotten the value of long-term effort.

So here is the point. For small tasks, short-term efforts are fine. But when it comes to changing your life or building a meaningful career, it has to be long-term.

Sometimes people say they’ve lost interest or depth in life and I understand that feeling. It happens when you live the same routine every day and everything starts to lose its meaning.

So what’s the escape?

For me, it’s turning into a detective of reality. When life feels dull, I start exploring something real — a past event, a mystery, anything that makes me curious.

Last time it was the Chernobyl disaster. I went deep into articles, data, and images, learning how a few human mistakes made 2,600 square kilometers of land abandoned. That alone made me realize how fragile progress can be.

In that process my knowledge grew and I found a healthy escape — not from reality but through it. When life starts to feel repetitive, dive deeper into the world around you. Curiosity can bring back the depth that routine takes away.

Sharing some before-and-after images of the disaster with you.

One of my neighbours recently asked how I’m able to focus and work alone for long hours without getting distracted. I told him something I’d like to share here as well.

Back in 2021, I used to be completely distracted—my screen time was around 7 to 10 hours a day. I remember sitting there one day, feeling low and frustrated about how little I was improving. I took a notebook and started writing down all my messy thoughts, distractions, and ideas. It wasn’t neat or organized, but it was honest. From that mess, I created a proper roadmap for how I was going to change and improve.

Since then, things have been different. I’ve developed a kind of dislike for unnecessary screen time. I don’t have YouTube, Instagram, or any other social media apps on my phone. I use them only when it’s absolutely necessary or when I need to look up something specific.

My Perspective on Self-Talk

People often ask me why I don’t believe in the concept of self-talk. Nowadays, almost every influencer or motivational speaker promotes it, claiming it helps in self-improvement. But I’ve never accepted ideas just because someone popular says so — I prefer thinking them through and forming my own understanding.

To me, self-talk simply means talking to yourself — whether positively or negatively. But if you observe carefully, we are always talking to ourselves in one way or another. Even when you’re walking, sitting with friends, or just lying down, there’s a constant stream of thoughts running in your mind. So, in that sense, self-talk isn’t something we “start doing”; it’s something that’s always happening. The mind naturally keeps talking.

That’s exactly why I personally believe more in silence than in self-talk. When you are alone, instead of trying to fill your head with words, it’s far more powerful to stay still and silent — to allow no thought for a while.

Let me explain this with an image: imagine you’re sitting on a small raft floating down a river. The river has strong, uneven waves — sometimes calm, sometimes chaotic. It’s hard to keep your balance, right? That’s how the mind behaves when it’s constantly filled with thoughts — restless, unpredictable, and difficult to control.

But silence… silence is what calms the river. When the water becomes still, you can finally steer your raft smoothly. You can see clearly where you want to go and where you don’t.

I’m not saying everyone should reject self-talk completely — if it works for you, that’s fine. But for me, true clarity doesn’t come from talking to the mind. It comes from quieting it
.

Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a trend among the younger generation: the constant pursuit of the latest iPhone, fashion, and lifestyle trends. While there’s nothing wrong with enjoying new things, most people in the world are not wealthy. Only a small minority can afford to buy luxury items outright, while the majority rely on loans, EMIs, or credit to keep up.

Managing finances this way is risky. Buying on debt may satisfy the immediate fear of missing out, but it compromises long-term financial stability. Instead, prioritizing investments and building savings ensures security and growth over time. When unexpected events occur, like the COVID-19 pandemic, having financial reserves can protect you from hardship.

If you focus on long-term goals rather than immediate trends, you can enjoy life responsibly while avoiding financial stress in your 30s and 40s. True stability comes from planning, not chasing temporary desires.

In today’s world, I’ve noticed a shift in how people perceive success and authority. When someone achieves something admirable—perhaps landing a good job or reaching a position others aspire to—we often begin to take their advice as universally applicable. While their insights may hold great value in their field of expertise, it’s important to remember that their knowledge doesn’t automatically extend to every aspect of life. A teacher, mentor, or successful professional may offer guidance that is useful in certain contexts, but that doesn’t mean their words should be followed blindly.

Each of us has a unique journey, shaped by circumstances they may not fully understand. Respecting someone’s achievements does not mean surrendering your own judgment. Their perspective can inspire, but it should not replace critical thinking. Ultimately, we must weigh their advice against our own understanding, because only we truly know the complexities of our lives.

Lately, I haven’t been posting much and the reason is simple: I don’t always have something meaningful to share. This isn’t a news channel where I can push out random updates every day. Life itself teaches us that silence is also important. Sometimes it’s better to pause rather than force words when nothing genuine is on our mind. I’ve lost about 50–60 subscribers during this break, but that’s okay. I don’t want to fill your feed with empty advice or content just for the sake of consistency. Whenever I share something, it’s because I’ve felt it, experienced it, or truly believe it’s worth sharing. Until then, I’d rather stay silent and keep it real.

When you don’t understand, you depend on reality. When you do understand, reality depends on you.

This quote shows how our relationship with life changes with understanding. When we don’t know or don’t see clearly, we let situations control us. We react to whatever happens, often feeling powerless or stuck. Life seems bigger than us, and we simply follow along. But when we begin to understand, things change. With clarity, we see choices, create meaning, and shape our own path. Reality no longer just pushes us around—we influence how it feels and how we live it. It’s not that the world outside changes instantly, but our mind and actions start to give direction. Understanding gives us strength. Instead of being controlled by life, we start to take part in creating it. Reality then becomes less of a burden and more of a canvas where our awareness and choices paint the picture.
