Now, according to the Financial Times, these air defence systems, that the Israeli military claims had failed to perform against Iran’s missile attack earlier this year, will be sent to the U.S. and then onto Ukraine.
The UK intervenes in the International Criminal Court case against Israel
The UK, leveraging its status as a "special friend of the court," has requested the ICC review its jurisdiction over "Israeli citizens." This move, reported by Yedioth Ahronoth, delays the ICC's decision on issuing arrest warrants for Israeli leaders accused of war crimes.
In May, ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan sought arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant for crimes against humanity in Gaza. The UK's request, submitted on June 10, postpones this decision by several weeks.

Israel has bombed Lebanon over 6,000 times since October
Since October 2023, Israeli forces have launched at least 6,142 attacks on Lebanon, killing at least 543 people, according to the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED).
Aita al-Shaab, a village near the Israeli border, was hit at least 300 times. Other frequently targeted towns include Ras al-Naqoura (246 attacks), home to the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL); Hula (219 attacks), a site known for the 1948 massacre, which saw Israelis kill dozens of unarmed men; Kfarchouba (218 attacks); and Kfar Kila (209 attacks). Israeli forces have also targeted Tyre, Saida, and various locations in the Beqaa Valley.

This would mean that following a 14-year-long legal battle Assange would be prohibited from allowing the release of further classified information, given the option to destroy it or hand it over the US government. In response to the ban on Wikileaks, Assange’s wife, Stella, urged journalists to FOI the US government to acquire case details.

Woman trapped under rubble in Shejaiya
Footage from today shows a woman buried under the rubble of her home in Gaza following Israeli airstrikes. She is seen waving her hands and calling for help.
It is currently unknown whether the rescue team managed to save her life.

Labour leader Keir Starmer says he will not recognise Palestine as a State, further infuriating what was remaining of the Party’s left wing base.
During his bid to become British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer has said there is “no risk” that he would recognise the State of Palestine if he wins the upcoming election. The Labour Party hopeful is currently under investigation for potential complicity in war crimes, after a legal campaign was mounted against him over comments such as stating Israel had “the right” to starve Palestinians.

Coup in Bolivia fails
Yesterday, troops led by US-backed army general Juan Jose Zuniga stormed the presidential palace. Footage showed Arce confronting Zuniga and soldiers inside the palace, ordering their withdrawal. President Arce later hailed the withdrawal as a victory for Bolivia's democracy, addressing citizens who had protested against the coup attempt.
Zuniga has since been arrested as reported by Reuters.
