According to Axios, the US, Israel, and the UAE held a secret meeting in Abu Dhabi last Thursday to discuss Gaza's future after the Israeli war on the strip.
The meeting was hosted by Emirati Foreign Minister Abdullah Bin Zayed. UAE authorities expressed their willingness to contribute troops as part of a multinational force to manage Gaza in collaboration with a "reformed" Palestinian Authority (PA). Netanyahu urged the UAE to send troops, finance rehabilitation efforts, and overhaul Gaza's education system to "deradicalize" the population.

The Israeli leader is set to give an address to US Congress on Wednesday. He will also be met by popular street protests from the American public, who are outraged at the warm welcome provided to a man who is currently awaiting the issuance of an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) for committing war crimes.

This has come as a disappointment to many in the Harris campaign who see her as a progressive candidate, yet her pro-Israel record now stains her credibility as she is seen to be providing credibility to an Israeli leader that has not only made countless racially charged comments but is conducting what the World Court deemed a plausible genocide against the indigenous people of Palestine.

Six Yemenis killed by Israeli bombs in Hodeida port
Over the weekend, Israeli occupation forces targeted the Yemeni port city of Hodeidah with airstrikes, resulting in the killing of six Yemenis and injuring more than 80, according to the Ministry of Health.

Adidas commits over $150 million to groups "fighting antisemitism," including the Israel lobby group the Anti-Defamation League (ADL)
Amid controversy over removing Bella Hadid from advertisements for the SL72 sports shoes, Adidas announced plans earlier this year to donate over $150 million to organisations combating "antisemitism" and other forms of "hate." Among the organisations that will receive this money is the Israel lobby group, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
These significant donations followed the German company's decision to cut ties with Kanye West, using proceeds from Yeezy shoe sales. Adidas has an existing partnership with the ADL, having already contributed $1 million to the organisation last November.
