According to Israeli Shin Bet, Hezbollah attempted to kill a former security official by employing explosives that were supposed to be remotely detonated from Lebanon.
On September 16–18, 1982, the Shatila Palestinian refugee camp and the Sabra neighbourhood of southern Beirut were the sites of a three-day massacre conducted by Israelis and Phalangist allies.
Thousands of civilians in Lebanon and Palestinian refugees lost their lives as a result of the crime.

Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas' Politburo, penned a letter to Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of Yemen's Ansarallah.
In his message, Sinwar conveyed his respect for the Yemeni people, commending their longstanding support for Palestine. He emphasised that the resistance in Gaza has "exhausted the enemy" and assured that it remains strong, despite Israeli claims about them, which are "mere lies."

Former BBC presenter Huw Edwards has not received a custodial sentence for accessing indecent images of children as young as seven. Edwards avoided prison after being charged with three offences involving 41 indecent images of children sent to him by a convicted paedophile.
The judge, in explaining the decision, highlighted that Edwards would face significant risks in custody, including potential attacks from other inmates and the possibility of self-harm, making him "particularly vulnerable" if imprisoned.

After a letter writing solidarity event in Birmingham, some 160 postcards were sent to 16 Palestine Action political prisoners. These prisoners acted to try and take down Israel’s biggest weapons company Elbit Systems and prevent it from manufacturing weapons in the United Kingdom.
Three Israeli police officers killed by a Palestinian fighter from Al-Khalil
A Palestinian man named Muhammad Al-Asoud shot dead three Israeli occupation police officers near Turqumiah. Venezuela arrests three US citizens, two Spaniards, and a Czech on the charge of planning to assassinate President Maduro
Venezuelan authorities arrested six foreign nationals on Saturday, accusing them of involvement in a plot to assassinate President Nicolás Maduro and key members of his administration. The announcement was made by Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello during a television broadcast.
Cabello further asserted that the CIA was "leading the operation” and revealed that a large inventory of rifles, originating from the United States, had been confiscated.
While the U.S. has denied any CIA involvement, one of the arrested individuals was identified as a U.S. Navy serviceman.
