Imran Khan is held in solitary confinement in Pakistan
Jemima Goldsmith, former wife of Imran Khan, has raised concerns about the isolation of the ex-prime minister of Pakistan, stating, "He is now completely isolated, in solitary confinement, literally in the dark, with no contact with the outside world."
Jemima took to social media to express her concern that her sons, Sulaiman and Kasim, have not been able to reach their father since early September. She further stated that Imran Khan is being denied basic rights, including access to family visits and legal representation.
Imran Khan has been in jail since August 2023, following a successful US-backed coup.

The United States has designated the Palestinian prisoner support group Samidoun as a terrorist organisation, accusing it of being a "sham charity" that funds the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
