The Lebanese resistance has released a conservative estimate of the total losses sustained by the Israelis since the beginning of their ground offensive in southern Lebanon.
According to the estimates, these figures have not accounted for Israeli losses at military bases, posts, barracks, settlements, or occupied Palestinian cities.

In a deadly Israeli airstrike on Beirut's Ras al-Nabaa district, Mohammad Afif, the head of Hezbollah's media relations, was killed, along with four other members of the group's media office, sources confirmed.
The strike, which occurred on Sunday, hit a densely populated area where many people displaced from Beirut's southern suburbs had sought shelter. The Lebanese resistance group released a statement today mourning the loss of Afif and his colleagues.
The Lebanese Health Ministry reported that the attack also resulted in at least four others being killed, including a woman, and 14 others being injured, including two children.
