Israel sentence a 14-year-old child to a year in military prison, in contravention of international law
The young Ayham Al-Salameh has become the youngest Palestinian to be sentenced to jail in a military prison. After having already been placed under house arrest for a year and a half, the child handed himself in to Al-Moskobiyya detention centre that is notorious for its torture methods. Although even younger Palestinian children have been detained and held under administrative detention (without a charge) by the Israeli military prison authorities, the 14-year-old is the youngest to receive an actual sentence and will be imprisoned with adults.
Yemen and Iraq launch three joint military operations against Israel
In a coordinated effort with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a series of drone strikes against key Israeli targets over the past 48 hours.
Two of these operations struck northern areas of occupied Palestine, while the third targeted a key site in Umm al-Rashrash, located in southern occupied Palestine.
The Yemeni Armed Forces issued a statement confirming the strikes and reaffirmed their commitment to the ongoing resistance, stating, "We will continue, alongside the Iraqi resistance fighters, to respond to the crimes of the Israeli enemy against our brothers in Gaza."

Israeli occupation forces have repeatedly violated the ceasefire, escalating tensions with a series of aggressive actions in southern Lebanon. Just two days after the ceasefire took effect, Israeli forces bombed a car with a drone in Markaba, shelled the town of Taybeh, and launched artillery at Rmeish. They also targeted the Lebanese army with drones and opened fire on civilians attempting to return to Bint Jbeil.
