1.) Boot to recovery
2.) Connect phone to pc while stuck on recovery splash
3.) Open ADB shell(ADB and fastboot is required)
4.) Run these CMD in powershell or command prompt :-
- adb shell rm /data/system/storage.xml

- adb reboot recovery
