Imo there are whales in small projects like this who always sell into euphoria. Maybe only market manipulation by them whales to get ppl interested in those coins (biggest mover on cmc or CG to be seen by a lot of ppl) but it's just textbook behavior to be able to sell as much as possible at a price as high as possible
