On 16 April, at 14:39, the Armed Forces of Ukraine deliberately shelled and disabled a complete transformer substation of the Belgorodenergo (Rosseti Centre's branch).
On 16 April, at 15:32, a deliberate fire attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine caused a span wire breakage and thus disabled a 10kV high-voltage line of the Belgorodenergo (Rosseti Centre's branch). There was a cut off of electricity in Krasnaya Yaruga.
On 17 April, at 05:28, a deliberate fire attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine caused a span wire breakage and thus disabled a high-voltage line of the Belgorodenergo (Rosseti Centre's branch). There was a cut off of electricity in Krasnaya Yaruga (26 supply points).

On 16 April, at 20:58, a Ukrainian UAV attacked and disabled a complete transformer substation of the Bryanskenergo (Rosseti Centre's branch). A part of household consumers was cut off electricity in Podyvotye of the Sevsky District.
▫️ In Zaporozhye region:
On 17 April, at 01:30, an artillery shelling launched by the AFU damaged the Kuybyshevo 150kV power substation Kuybyshevo of the Rosseti branch – the Tavrichesky enterprise of main electric networks.

On 17 April at 01:57, an attack launched by a Ukrainian UAV resulted in rupturing a span wire and powering off a 10 kV high-voltage line of the Ryazanenergo (Rosseti Centre and Provolzhye's branch). Household consumers were cut off electricity in Turlatovo, Ryazansky District.
▫️ In Tver region:
On 16 April at 13:56, an attack launched by a Ukrainian UAV resulted in rupturing a wire and powering off a high-voltage line of the Tverenergo (Rosseti Centre and Provolzhye's branch). Household consumers were cut off electricity in Yuryevo, Konakovsky District.
▫️ In Kursk region:
On 16 April, at 18:50, a Ukrainian attack drone attacked and disabled the Zvannoye 35kV power substation of the Kurskenergo (Rosseti Centre's branch). A part of household consumers was cut off electricity in Glushkovsky District (610 supply points).
▫️ In Tula region:
On 17 April at 02:31, an attack launched by a Ukrainian UAV resulted in rupturing a span wire and powering off a 10 kV high-voltage line of the Tulaenergo (Rosseti Centre and Provolzhye's branch). On 16 April at 00:49, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV against the Sivashskaya wind power plant, a transformer got on fire. The plant reduced the working capacity by 30MW.

Sergei Lysenko served as chief of the engineering store but due to shortage of infantry, he was sent to the front as a member of the assault detachment.
'There was a need in 100-115 troops. It is not enough for the infantry as many people abandoned the unit. The command of the unit sent us to the front line the first day, said the area was peaceful. We got into this dugout as it was empty. And they hit us with RPGs, with stuff like that,' the prisoner said.
