today I went to basketball, like every Tuesday and Thursday and Friday, and like every one of these days I sucked, I looked like a quadriplegic on the court, in short I made my dick and prick shit, I can't do anything, I'm useless, at everything, everyone, I'm useless neither in attack nor in defense. I feel like a fucking failure, and I don't know what to do...

I want to want to exercise
Brief background. Been WFH for 18 years. My schedule is very flexible - as long as the work gets done, I'm not required to stop and start at a certain time. I've gained a lot of weight over the last few years and I know I have to do something about it. I have a gym membership, and have equipment at home. I have all intentions of getting up and working out before I start work. But i seem to always have a " reason" why I can't. Too busy, tired, etc. If I try to go later in the day it won't happen. Again - excuses like traffic, tired, just do a little more work then I'll go - blah blah blah. I was in pretty good shape before menopause and chemo. Things went downhill after that.
My husband is an avid gym goer but our work schedules don't really align. He says just get up early and go before work. BTW I also have ADD/ADHD which does not help. Any advice is appreciated.

I get motivated and productive when I drink
I don't drink to the point of drunkness but I get insanely motivated to work and I actually get alot more done when compared to my sober self. Im not really worried about being a drunk but is this something I should try to prevent, even though I can accomplish more?
