🌌 Projection 🌌
Once, in the twilight, a peasant sat on the doorstep of his humble house, enjoying the coolness. Nearby was a road leading to the village. Along it walked a man who, upon seeing the old man, thought: "This person is lazy, he doesn't work and spends the whole day sitting on his doorstep."
After a while, another traveler appeared. He thought: "This person is a Don Juan. He sits here to gaze at passing girls and perhaps bothers them."
Finally, a woodsman walking to the village thought: "This person is a great worker. He has worked hard all day and is now enjoying a well-deserved rest."
... In reality, we cannot know much about the peasant sitting on his doorstep. On the contrary, we can say a lot about the three travelers who passed through the village: the first was lazy, the second was a womanizer, and the third was a great worker.
Everything you say speaks about you; especially when you talk about someone else.
Projection is a defense mechanism where a person attributes something from their own inner world to the external world. 🔍

Emotional Resilience: Ways to Navigate Tough Times. 💪
Embrace Flexibility
Often, it's hard to go with the flow. Stubbornness, ego, principles, expectations, and habits make us resist change. But when the home you planned to grow old in is destroyed by fire, or the company you poured your heart into no longer needs you, or love finds happiness elsewhere, the question arises: what next?
In such circumstances, there's nothing left but to accept the situation and acknowledge that it has changed. You don't control the world, you only control yourself. The only way out is to change your attitude, shift your thoughts, come up with new dreams, and show flexibility.
Learn to Embrace Discomfort
In precarious situations, most people feel discomfort, anxiety, and uncertainty. It's normal and a good opportunity to learn self-acceptance and acceptance of circumstances. Quiet the inner voices of fear, guilt, or outrage; resist the urge to escalate drama and panic. Assess the situation calmly and acknowledge that sometimes it's okay to feel uncomfortable. You'll become more resilient by using this time to practice self-acceptance despite the discomfort you feel.
Step Back for a Broader Perspective
Expand your viewpoint, review the past, and envision possible futures. From this perspective, imagine how the plans and intentions you have can unfold in the future. Fantasize until you find an option with potential. Try to implement it. If it doesn't align with your goals, don't hesitate to try another approach. By changing your perspective, you can see the situation anew and explore new solutions. 🌟🔍

💪 How to Find Personal Power? 💡
One wise person knew about money and happiness because he had both. During the financial crisis when he went broke, he was asked, "What's it like to be poor?" To which he replied, "I'm not poor, I'm without money. Poverty is a state of mind, and I'll never be poor."
Think Rich
He was right: wealth and poverty are states of the soul. Some people, without money, feel rich, while the wealthy feel poor. If you're poor in spirit, thinking small is much more dangerous than being broke. Focus on wealth, remembering that money comes and goes, but you are inherently valuable. Think rich: boost your self-esteem, remind yourself how precious your personality is. That's real wealth.
Let Go of Control
We believe money gives power, feel that control over people and situations gives us authority. The more control, the better. Of course, it's essential to manage daily affairs, but problems arise when we try to control more than necessary. We expend energy trying to grasp the ungraspable.
Make Yourself Happy
Personal power is both innate and a reality. We waste it when we focus on others' opinions. To reclaim it, remember it's your life. You don't have the power to make others happy, but you have enough power to make yourself happy. 😊

🤔 What to do if...
— If someone insults me and tries to provoke me, what should I do?
The teacher pondered:
— If someone approaches you with a gift and you don't accept it, who will the gift belong to?
— To its previous owner, — I replied.
— The same goes for envy, hatred, and foul language. Until you accept them, they belong to the one who brought them. 🎁

Reasons not to postpone life
Always remember: this is prime time.
Why? Turns out, 80% of life-defining events happen before the age of 35. Two-thirds of income growth occurs in the first ten years of one's career.
Try to understand what you like and what you want.
The time from twenty to thirty is a critical period of maturity. During this period, it's easiest to lay the foundation for the life we want to live. Unfortunately, many don't understand this and make the biggest mistake: thinking it's a time for "having fun" and that "thirty is the new twenty." But when they approach thirty, they realize work doesn't bring joy or fulfillment, there are no significant achievements, and it's unclear how ten years of life were spent.
Accumulate identity capital.
A person's life from 20 to 30 is like an airplane flying high in the sky in turbulence, but if you learn to control it (even a little), you can go further and faster. It's important to accumulate "identity capital" – a combination of personal assets, a reserve of individual resources that we develop over time.
Recognize your true potential.
In our 20s and 30s, we often make the same mistakes: some dream small without realizing that the choices we make during this period determine our entire future life, while others, on the contrary, make grand plans based not on real experience but on fantasies of boundless possibilities.
Remember the power of weak ties.
Each of us has close people: those who help when we're feeling down, give advice, and bring fruit when we're sick. But they can't change our lives. Paradoxically, it's not them but rather the people less familiar to us who can quickly and radically change our lives for the better. 🌟

🌟 Thomas Edison 🌟
Once young Thomas Edison returned home from school and handed his mother a letter from his teacher. His mother read the letter aloud to him, tears in her eyes: "Your son is a genius. This school is too small for him, and there are no teachers here capable of teaching him anything. Please educate him yourself."
Many years after his mother's death (by that time, Edison was already one of the greatest inventors of the century), he was revisiting old family archives and came across this letter. He opened it and read: "Your son is mentally deficient. We cannot continue to educate him in school along with everyone else. Therefore, we recommend that you teach him at home."
Edison wept for several hours. Then he wrote in his diary: "Thomas Alva Edison was a mentally deficient child. Thanks to his heroic mother, he became one of the greatest geniuses of his century." 💡

🏖 Take a Breather. Quick Ways.
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, we forget how important it is to sometimes give ourselves a break and relax. Even if there are only a few minutes for a break, it's worth taking the opportunity to recharge.
-Try a new sport. Yoga, running, tennis, swimming, or even simple exercises you can do at home can help you switch gears.
-Get into plants. Start a mini-garden or have a few flowers in pots, buy a bonsai and take care of it. Communicating with plants has a therapeutic effect.
-Clean something. Not the whole house and not an entire room, but something small: a dusty vase or splashes near the sink. Solving small tasks brings satisfaction.
-Take a walk. Don't reach for your phone, don't get distracted by social media, just look around, and you'll surely see a lot of new and beautiful things.
-Ride a bike. It will not only clear your mind but also allow you to discover pleasant places nearby that you didn't know about.
-Live in the moment. At least for a minute, stop thinking about the past and the future, focus on the present. It's calming.
-Explore emotions. Several times a day, ask yourself: "What am I feeling right now?" Find the precise definition of the emotion.
-Let out anger. Allow yourself to express irritation and anger before they accumulate to a critical point.
-Make a list. Write down what you need to do, who you want to meet, where to go, what books to read, what movies to watch.
-Read a short story. Choose a small piece that tells about different times or takes place in locations you've never been to. It stimulates imagination and boosts creativity.

🌍 What a world
The student asked the Wise One:
"Teacher, is the world hostile? Or does it bring good to humanity?"
"I will tell you a parable about how the world relates to humans," said the teacher.
"Once upon a time, there lived a great king. He ordered to build a magnificent palace. There were many wonders there. Among other oddities in the palace was a hall where all the walls, ceiling, doors, and even the floor were made of mirrors. The mirrors were extraordinarily clear, and the visitor did not immediately realize that they were mirrors - they reflected objects so accurately. Moreover, the walls of this hall were arranged to create an echo. You ask, 'Who are you?' - and you hear in response from different sides: 'Who are you? Who are you? Who are you?'
🐾 One day, a dog ran into this hall and froze in amazement in the middle - a whole pack of dogs surrounded it from all sides, from above and below. The dog bared its teeth just in case, and all the reflections responded the same. Terrified, it began to bark desperately. The echo repeated its bark.
The dog barked louder and louder. The echo kept up. The dog ran back and forth, biting the air, and its reflection also darted around, snapping its teeth.
The next morning, the servants found the unfortunate dog lifeless surrounded by millions of reflections of dead dogs. There was no one in the hall who could harm it. The dog died fighting its own reflections."
"Now you see," the Wise One concluded, "other people do not bring either good or evil by themselves. Everything happening around us is just a reflection of our own thoughts, feelings, desires, and actions. The world is a big mirror." ✨

💖 The Content of the Soul 💖
Once, a few people deliberately loudly criticized a person as he walked through their neighborhood. He heard everything but responded with a smile and wished them well.
Someone asked him:
You smiled and wished those people well, didn't you feel angry with them?
To which the man replied:
When I come to the market, I can only spend what I have in my wallet. Similarly, when interacting with people, I can only spend what my soul is filled with... 😊🌟

💖 Soul
If you love someone for their beauty, then it turns out, if they lose their beauty, you will stop loving them.
If you love them for their money, then if they go broke, you will stop loving them.
There is always someone stronger, more beautiful, slimmer, and richer.
If you love the soul of a person, you will never stop loving them, and even after death, you will be together, because souls do not die. ✨💕

Ways to deal with anxiety. 😌
Repeat the troubling thought until it becomes boring.
Try slowly chanting it for 20 minutes. I call it "boredom therapy": boredom kills anxiety.
Play out the worst-case scenario.
If you try to control anxiety, you exacerbate it. Do the opposite: try exaggerating. Suppose you're afraid that during a presentation, you'll lose your train of thought. Then, during the next presentation, pretend it actually happened and say, "Oops. What was I talking about?"
Learn to recognize false alarms of anxiety.
You're worried that you didn't turn off the iron and your house will burn down, but it will never happen. Is your heart racing? It doesn't mean you'll have a heart attack: it's your body's response to excitement.
Many things we interpret as reasons to panic are background noise. Look at them like a fire truck driving by to a different address. You notice it and then let it pass. 🔥

Falling 😔
One student asked his mentor:
— Teacher, what would you say if you found out about my fall?
— Get up!
— And the next time?
— Get up again!
— And how long can this go on - falling and getting up?
— Fall and get up as long as you're alive! After all, those who fall and don't get up are dead. 💪

🌟 What's Holding Us Back from Getting Rich? 🤔
Lack of self-belief and belief in our ideas.
Almost all people who have managed to amass a decent fortune have one common trait - they believed not only in themselves but also in their ideas. Often, their families support them. If you believe in yourself, in your ideas, and can easily envision yourself becoming wealthy, then that's already half the battle won. 💪
Fear of failure.
Some people don't take risks simply because they fear failure. They might have ideas that will never come to fruition due to the fear that nothing will work out. Insecurities stemming from childhood often hinder idea realization. There's another problem: such people probably won't seek help from a psychologist or a friend - out of fear that it won't help. Overcoming oneself and taking the first, even small step forward is difficult but necessary.
Laziness.
Don't be lazy. Get educated. Learn. Read biographies of successful people, study their work methods, study markets, finances, economics. Experiment with a small amount of your own money. Try different moves and schemes. And regardless of the results of the first attempts, keep an optimistic attitude. 💼
Attitude towards money.
Many think that money is the root of all evil. It's not true. Money cannot be the source of anything, as it's just money. What they will be for you is determined by you. Money is a resource.
Belief that happiness can't be bought with money.
That's what they say. And it's true. But money can make it so that you have to think about much fewer problems. You won't have to postpone your education or dread the rent going up. You'll be able to dedicate more time to developing your ideas, your family, and yourself. 🌟
