When you reflect on what’s bothering you during a break, you’ll quickly get back to work and forget about the problems. 🗓️
Over time, your subconscious will get used to the fact that intrusive thoughts have their specific time slot and will stop bothering you at other times. Then you can think about how to eliminate these thoughts completely. ✔️

Can something positive happen instead of negative scenario A? Write out a more successful scenario B. Think in detail about how the situation could unfold positively and what you can do to make it happen. This will help you distance yourself from scenario A and view the situation more realistically.

Panic thoughts are like a ticking time bomb, a mechanism inherited from our distant ancestors. "Our brain is highly sensitive to any information it perceives as dangerous. This mechanism helped our ancestors survive in much harsher environments."
Most fears aren’t a reflection of reality but an automatic reaction triggered by the brain’s survival mode. Instead of preparing for an imagined threat, ask yourself if your subconscious is exaggerating the danger.

A parable about how women choose their life partners.
