Two people stood on the roadside, engaged in conversation.

Setting aside all concerns, the righteous person hastened to offer comforting words to the sick neighbor. 🏡🤝

So, the righteous see goodness in everything, while slaves to vice perceive the world as a temptation to sin. 🌎❤️👥

🤝 Understanding and connecting with your colleagues is the first, most essential step toward office comfort, even if you work remotely. In any team, each of us often unconsciously falls into one of three familiar psychological roles: victim, rescuer, or persecutor.

Victim 😔
Meet the person who always needs assistance. They struggle with tasks and seek a rescuer to conveniently shift all responsibility for what's happening. The victim colleague lives in constant worry about their health. They're either on sick leave or constantly discussing their symptoms with coworkers.

Rescuer 🦸‍♂️
Introducing the one who willingly or unwittingly takes on the responsibility for the victim. They feel compelled to help. The rescuer defends their unfortunate colleague in front of others, takes on a portion of their work, and occasionally lingers in the office for hours, listening to their complaints. Often, this comes at the cost of the rescuer's personal life and work duties.

Persecutor 😡
This person won't coddle the victim or offer comfort; instead, they're more likely to say, "Come on, pull yourself together!" By pressuring the victim and rushing them, the persecutor devotes too much time to these relationships—much more than they realize or should. Even if they don't express irritation, it can accumulate subconsciously and spill over at home, affecting their partner or children. 😬👥💼

Four candles burned calmly, slowly melting... It was so quiet that you could hear them crackling, as if they were having a conversation.

🕊️ Another factor is that people have become less religious, with an increasing number belonging to no faith, resulting in a lack of guiding principles.

🌟 People have become less aware of why they should live their lives in the first place. Transcendence, reaching beyond one's existence through service to a higher power, is no longer a guiding force. Instead, people are left to seek new orientations on their own.

💡 However, today, we have countless new opportunities. Doesn't this affect the richness and meaningfulness of our lives?

You're absolutely right; it does. We indeed have more opportunities to shape our own lives. The free market, for example, provides us with possibilities our parents and grandparents could hardly dream of. Life offers a multitude of different activities and ways to find pleasure.

🍔 But believing that consumption can replace meaning is a grave mistake. It's more like trying to satisfy hunger for meaning with ersatz substitutes. As the number of possibilities and temptations keeps growing, the problem of finding meaning only intensifies. It takes a strong and clear-thinking personality to maintain authentic life principles. 🌄
