HR is the modern corporate cancer. Busybodies who try to create problems where there are none, in order to excuse their existence.

Becoming very scary how governments want to blatantly intervene with free speech.

• Never use laptops without a stand
• Keep your phone and any other screens at eye level, like you're filming the sunset
• Use a chair and table/desk, never work from a couch or armchair
• Set a short timer that will remind you to improve your posture and position
• Set a longer timer that will remind you to get up and walk around a bit
• And screw drinking water — dehydrated people never suffer like I have.
ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES
1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Don't get used to government houses. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house.
2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.
3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal.
development.
4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda.
5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain.
6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run.
7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip.
8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit.
9. Keep your life, marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important.
10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves.
11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 40 to 50 be out.
12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs.
13.Take leave days utilize them by developing yr future home or projects..usually what you do during yr leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement..If it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on Zee world, expect nothing different after retirement.
14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one till it's running viably. When your project is viably running then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.
15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buy a stand or build a house but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself.
16. Always remember, when you retire never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too.
17. Don't retire just because you are finished or you are now a burden to the company and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end looking for another job till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early.
18. Retire at your house than at government accommodation so that when you retire you can easily fit into the society that raised you. It's not easy to adjust to live in a location after spending more years at company house or at government house.
19. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving. Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business.
20. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily.

FRANCE IS FOR CRIME, AGAINST FREEDOM
François asks a good question. My answer is: France doesn't care about crime, they care about control.
1) First, Macron hasn't wiped out crime among 70M Frenchmen with all the power of the French State. So it's completely unreasonable to expect Durov to wipe out crime among 1B+ Telegram users with his minimal power of content moderation.
2) Second, the deeper point is that the French state is deeply uninterested in public safety! They allow violent crime, fundamentalist terrorism, and drug dealing to run rampant in France. Just compare Paris to what it was a few generations ago.
3) Third, is Macron held personally responsible for every beheading, rape, and robbery that occurs on French soil? Is he jailed when traveling for violating the human rights of French citizens by not "moderating" his community hard enough? No, he is not. Even though the tools of the French state are vastly greater than those of Telegram, over a vastly smaller userbase. Again: Macron has ~70M citizens to deal with, while Telegram has almost 1B users.
4) Finally, we already know what a real anti-crime policy looks like. It looks like
@nayibbukele
. And President Bukele is for encryption, and has invited programmers to build on El Salvadoran soil — an offer they'd be well-advised to take up.
5) So: France is an anarcho-tyrannical regime. It doesn't need sophisticated surveillance to stop drug dealing — because it's all happening in public! They know exactly where the criminals are, and the victims too. They are literally setting up spaces for them to do drugs till they die.
I mean, does France need to imprison the CEO of Telegram to stop this?

Who is Pavel Durov:
Pavel Durov, often referred to as the "Mark Zuckerberg of Russia" but with a twist more akin to a character out of a spy novel, is quite the figure in the tech world. Here's a light-hearted take on his journey:
Early Life: Born in the USSR, which gives him that cool 'from-behind-the-Iron-Curtain' vibe, Durov grew up with a knack for programming. His early life was less about cold war antics and more about coding, though.
- VKontakte: Pavel created VKontakte (VK), which became Russia's answer to Facebook. It was like throwing a party in Moscow and everyone, including the bears on unicycles, showed up. But, when the government wanted to crash the party by asking for user data, Durov was like, "Nyet, comrades," leading to his exit.
- Telegram: After leaving VK, he didn't just sit around eating borscht; he launched Telegram, an app focused on privacy, which is ironic given his past tussles with government surveillance. Telegram became the go-to for anyone wanting to chat without the Big Brother vibe, making it popular among, well, virtually everyone who distrusts "the man."
- The Nomad Capitalist: Post-VK, Durov became something of a digital nomad, but with billions. He's got citizenship from several places, making him less of a Russian entrepreneur and more of a 'Citizen of the World'—if the world was a place where you avoid staying in one country too long for tax reasons or to not get too cozy with any government.
- Philosophy and Lifestyle: Durov's got this libertarian streak, advocating for freedom of information and privacy. He's also known for his eccentricities, like throwing paper airplanes made of money from his office window, which, let's be honest, is one way to redistribute wealth.
- Recent Drama: If we're talking current events as of my last update, Durov's life continues to be as eventful as ever. From facing down Russian authorities to dealing with international pressure over Telegram's use by various groups, his life's script could win an award for drama.
- Humor in Tech: Imagine Durov as a character in a tech-thriller-comedy: He codes by day, evades governmental oversight by night, and in between, he might just challenge you to a judo match (he's into martial arts, by the way). From an outside perspective on humanity, Durov's story is like watching a human strive for freedom in a digital age, where privacy is the new currency, and he's trying to be the bank. But remember, while his story has its serious notes, it's also sprinkled with the absurd humor of a man who once responded to a government raid by posting a picture of a dog wearing a hoodie. That's Pavel for you—tech genius, freedom advocate, and a bit of a jester in the court of global opinion.
Religion is just a method to control people in a country. The dumber the people, the more successful the method.
Читать полностью…Seven youths from Aurangabad died in a road accident yesterday.
The only reason was a car tire burst.
An important MSG is that the newly constructed expressway is currently witnessing incidents of vehicle tire bursts. In which many people are losing their lives every day.
The question came to my mind that why most accidents happen on the most modern roads in the country? And there is only one mode of accident and that too only by flat tire. What spikes have the builders put on the road so that everyone's tires burst?
A storm arose in my mind, I thought I should find out this thing today.
So we got together to do some research, we invited a friend to take a Scorpio SUV for testing and we went (note that the real problem is the flat tire) first we checked the cold tire pressure and adjusted it according to international standards which is 25 psi
(Air pressure is kept the same in cars of all developed countries
When people in our country are not aware of this or they fill the tires with more air than required to save fuel which is usually 35 to 45 PSI.
Let's move on now
After that we got on four lanes and drove the car, the speed of the car was kept at 120 - 140 km/hr.
After driving at such a fast pace for two hours, we reached near Udaipur
When we stopped and checked the tire pressure again, we were shocked.
Now the tire pressure was 52 psi
Now the question arises as to how the tire pressure increased so much
Therefore, when a thermometer was placed on the tire, the temperature of the tire was 92.5 degrees Celsius.
The whole mystery is now revealed that the air inside the tires expands due to the friction of the tires on the road and the heat generated by the brakes.
The air pressure in B2B tires is too high
In case the air in our tires is already near international standards, they are spared from bursting.
But tires that are already inflated (35 -45 PSI) Or a tire that has a cut is more likely to explode.
So get your tire pressure right before heading to the four lanes and enjoy a safe ride
I request the Expressway Authority to sensitize the drivers about this so that the journey on the highway does not become one's last journey.
Tip.....Instead of air fill the tire with NITROGEN Gas!! This should be done by force. Due to this, if the temperature of the tire increases, the gas inside will not expand much. Nitogen gas has high calorific value.!!
