این آهنگ یکی از معروف‌ترین سرودهای انقلابی اسپانیاست. "L' Estaca" توسط Lluis Llach، خواننده و ترانه‌سرای کاتالانی، در سال 1968 نوشته شد. این آهنگ در دوران دیکتاتوری فرانکو به نمادی از مقاومت علیه ظلم و دیکتاتوری تبدیل شد.
متن این آهنگ به شکلی استعاری درباره یک میله (استاکا) صحبت می‌کند که همه باید تلاش کنند تا آن را از جا بکنند، که در واقع به معنای مبارزه برای آزادی از بند استبداد است.
