Nothing just happens out of nowhere. It doesn’t matter whether you are a man or a woman, your age is not important, your position in society is not important, even your desires are not important. Whatever we want, we have to pay for absolutely everything. It's not always about money. Usually this is time, this is emotion, this is reciprocity. We sometimes think that we are receiving something as a gift, but we also pay for the gift, it’s just that everything has a different price.

Feel the life
The older we get, the faster time flies. Perception Distortion: We always remember what we do for the first time. First kiss, first sex, first day at a new job. Look carefully at the people you meet during the day, take a deep breath and notice different smells, enjoy them, reject them, pay attention to colors, shades, textures, touch objects, remember sensations, thoughts, emotions. Don't do anything automatically. Be a child - rub your eyes and try to see the world as if you were seeing it for the first time.

Most of us have unpleasant situations from past years that we replay in our heads and emotionally relive over and over again. It's too much. The past cannot be changed, and there is no need to drag such a burden behind you. Imagine a problem from the past burning up in a fire, drowning in the ocean, or crumbling upon impact. Describe what happened on paper and burn it or actually drown it. Mentally, out loud, or in writing, forgive the offender or yourself.

"How will I make a living?
That all depends on your definition of living. If your idea of living is a four-bedroom house on three acres of land, with two late model cars, modern furnishings, and all the latest electronic gadgetry to keep you entertained, your living requires a great deal of income. I have a friend in Montana who fishes every day and lives in a van. He follows the weather to different fishing spots throughout the year, and along the way he takes seasonal jobs working in fly shops, as caretaker of a lodge, or a barista in a coffee shop. When each season ends, he gets in his van and drives away—to the next fishing spot, of course. His idea of living requires very little. There's no wrong way to make a living. When people talk about growing up and getting a real job, what do they mean by real job? Usually, they mean more money. But what's the money for? Just remember this it's not about the money. It's about the lifestyle. So yes, you do need to make a living. Just be careful not to get sucked into someone else's idea of what that looks like. It's your life and your living. So get creative. People are constantly bending the rules of what it means to make a living. With your goals in mind, there's no limit to the ways you can make your life work. And there's absolutely no reason you should ever have to get a "real job" —unless that's what you want.

Sometimes, love doesn't win. Sometimes beautiful things end because you outgrow another human be-ing, sometimes love becomes too heavy to hold - the potential and the lessons and the evolution have reached a threshold, there is nowhere else to place your hope. However, that is not something you should deem a failure or something that should break your heart. That is something to celebrate. You managed to care for someone in the deepest way, and you grew one another into human beings who are going to go off into this world and change other people with that love. You did all that you could for one another, and instead of forcing something that wasn't working or fulfilling you anymore, you chose to walk away. You chose to release your grip, to believe that there were other things in store for your hearts. There is bravery in that.

I know that it feels like your entire life is hanging on certain decisions. That moving forward feels terrifying because you don't want to make the wrong choice. That you can't make the wrong choice. Because if you do if you walk down this path and things don't work out your entire life will fall apart and you'll never be able to go back and undo the damage. But the truth is that the decisions in your life don't have to be all or nothing. There aren't only two options, and the options don't have to be limited to "you succeed and experience joy" or "you fail and experience pain."
Life is fluid. It's unpredictable and always changing. And it's resilient. No single choice is strong enough to make or break your life. Nothing you choose has to be the end of you. You can always walk down a different path. You can always close doors that don't serve you and open new ones that do. You never have to stay stuck. There are always options. ❤

I'm so proud of you just for sticking around. I know this world can be such a cruel place sometimes; that's why you're so courageous simply by waking up each day and braving what's ahead.
