BTC: Bitcoin has started a fairly strong rally. But green candles are not the same as an impulse. We need to observe whether we get a finished wave 1 and then maintain wave 2. Currently, we're only in a forceful corrective wave from the low point. Don't exhaust yourself by staring at the screens all day and night. You will need your energy for the critical part of the third wave move, myself included. One more wave up above yesterday`s high and I can call this a 5-wave move up. But, we only have 3 waves up so far and below $29,300 I call it a failed attempt to create an impulse to the upside. Below that level it is rather clear that this rally failed and we continue with our plan. The price has been consolidating above the $30,000 level for almost a month. Dumped below this level, but can’t get back above this level.

Bearish? Yes.

BTC: The next minor resistance level is at $29,350, but as long as we observe a 3-wave upward price structure, it's merely a corrective action to the upside. In this corrective scenario, no specific price point is critical. I'm keeping an eye out for a 1-2 pattern, consisting of five waves followed by three. Without this pattern, attempting to ride a B wave might lead to getting trapped.

BTC: The height of this fourth wave is significant but acceptable if C forms a diagonal. As previously detailed, with each low point, the likelihood of a turnaround to the upside grows. This turnaround, though early, could signal a bullish trend, but it would only be feasible within a WXY structure. Let's pay attention to the wave patterns. Price should now move back down. IMX: the way price development on the micro level looks I prefer to count yesterday's rally as high B-wave. Price has pulled back directly to the relevant short term support and it can also rally more directly in wave 3 but it would need to happen now and would only be possible in an unreliable diagonal structure.
