=A 32-year-old man of Kenyan origin Nobert Matara arrested after dismembered remains of 31-year-old lady Tracy Nyariki were found inside his vehicle in Aberdeen, Maryland, United States.
Nyariki, who had been reported missing after not showing up to work in Newark, Delaware, was last seen at her apartment in the Village of Kent Apartments.
Police issued a Gold Alert and later identified Matara as a person of interest in the case.
His vehicle was located in Maryland, where officers discovered the remains inside, leading to his arrest on charges of first-degree murder.
Matara is currently in jail awaiting extradition to Delaware.

💠DONALD Trump wants USA out of World Health Organisation (WHO) on day one.
Members of Trump’s team told the experts of their intention to announce a withdrawal from the global health body on the president-elect’s January 20 inauguration. This is a follow up to 2020 when Trump accused WHO of being subservient to China's whims.
The departure would remove the WHO’s biggest source of funds, damaging its ability to respond to public health crises such as the coronavirus pandemic.
Trump has made appointments in the health department that are not pro-WHO and a lot of Covid-19 'silenced voices', such as those that raised alarm over vaccine injuries, etc, have come true in recent times.

A man kills his wife and two children overnight in Ibeno Ward, Nyaribari Chache constituency, before taking his own life.
He also attacked his father with a machete but luckily managed to escape with injuries.
The attack reportedly stemmed from accusations that his father was having an affair with his wife.
Three days earlier, the man was reprimanded by community policing after the accusations against his father were dismissed.
Following the ruling he deemed unfair, the man vowed to take revenge.
Burkina Faso frees four French spies
Four French nationals detained in Burkina Faso for a year were freed after mediation by Morocco, France said Thursday. Held in Ouagadougou since December 2023, they were accused of espionage.
President Macron thanked Morocco’s King Mohammed for facilitating their release.

Bitcoin crashes 15% in a week — crypto volatility just in time for Christmas

EU can’t calm ‘emotionally unstable’ Sandu - Russia’s SVR
Moldovan President Maia Sandu lost her rag in a meeting about crucial Russian energy supplies, blaming Moscow for Ukraine refusing to extend transit agreements, according to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service.
"If Moscow does not find a way to deliver gas here, then Chisinau will take revenge on the pro-Russian Transnistria," Sandu reportedly fumed, threatening criminal cases against the region’s leadership.
Sandu also urged a military operation to remove Russian peacekeepers from Transnistria, SVR information indicates.

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, fearing arrest, will not attend the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz in Poland, the Times of Israel reports.
The newspaper adds that Israeli President Isaac Herzog will not attend the event either, so only Israeli Education Minister Yoav Kish will be present.
Earlier, Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Wladyslaw Bartoszewski said that if Netanyahu comes to Poland, he will be arrested in accordance with the country’s commitment to the International Criminal Court, the Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita wrote.
The ICC has issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes in the Gaza Strip.

It took me all day to think up a response, which I didn’t send personally but thought I would share for anyone else that “may not know”
Yes in fact I did know, but the color of his skin doesn’t define who he is. What does define who is he is how he treats my daughter.
I see my daughter dating a boy that comes to my house and shows me nothing but respect (a big deal in my book). It’s always Yes Ma’am, No Ma’am, we talk about football and baseball, he tells me bye when he leaves, and has not once shown me a lack of manners or respect.
I see my daughter dating a boy who treats her good. He takes her on dates, to ballgames, out to eat..not to a club or partying on the weekends.
I see my daughter dating a boy who takes her to church with him. Every Sunday. He plays in the band, she sits with his family. How many young men these days make church a priority? None of the others have.
He doesn’t hit her, cuss her, lie to her, or make her cry. Would I rather her date a white boy that did, to keep from her dating another race? Absolutely not.
So that’s my response to the question I was asked. And I know people have their own opinion, but at the end of the day, the fact that my daughter has someone that loves her and treats her like a queen makes me happy.
That’s something I’ve never had in my life and I’m glad she does.

GRAFT|✅Former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu and his wife Susan Wangari will today know their fate as High Court Judge Nixon Sifuna delivers ruling on whether they will forfeit assets worth Ksh 2 billion suspected to have been acquired through theft of public funds.
The assets in question are believed to have been amassed during Waititu's tenure as Kiambu Governor, a period marked by allegations of financial mismanagement and corruption. Waititu has maintained that his case was politically instigated by former president Uhuru Kenyatta for supporting William Ruto in the run-up to 2022 general elections.

Police are still investigating what led Rupnow to open fire at her school, where she killed a fellow student and a teacher before taking her own life.
