The target and actual collaterals are very different. I don't know if more XTN is being bought as the price low now. Everything is unclear right now. Collateral is little now, but have a lot of wx if wx mooning we have bigger collateral. No minting now, only burn(now is 17% yearly burn on total supply, but the a 80% of supply is non-circulating). Follow the chart on wavescap. Lot of xtn in vires vesting, this daily 200k xtn unlocking to market
