I don't know about the collateral target amounts.
Buyback does matter, you could have no collateral and have peg. (XTN is not a stablecoin anymore).

Fiat has no collateral, but there is always demand(=buyback), so you can redeem it's value.

I know XTN is not a stablecoin any more. But the goal is to go up to $1 anyway. We went through the algorithmic stablecoin craze with UST, and USDN had problems too. That's why we are here.

Regardless how much collateral, we need to see the revised plan if the original was changed. Sasha seems emphasizing DAO these days. You need to be transparent to be a dao.
