You will find that other people are the main reason for disturbances in your mental peace
This is why people tend to retreat, hermit in the woods mode.
The next (advanced) step is then to be able to engage with other people without it disturbing your own energy - entirely possible, but it is harder
Be aware that healing the wounds in yourself, will mean you can more easily identify (and not tolerate) the same things in others
