কোনো চাকরীর পরীক্ষার কোনো Subject পড়ানোর জন্যে , সেই চাকরীর পরীক্ষায় পাশ করতেই হবে এটা বাধ্যতামূলক নয় এটা আমিও মানি। পড়ানোর জন্য সেই বিষয়ের ওপর দক্ষতা থাকলে , Teaching Skills থাকলে এবং সেই পরীক্ষার সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকলেই যথেষ্ট।

বিগত 7-8 বছর থেকে চাকরীর পরীক্ষার জন্যে পড়াচ্ছি ইউটিউব এ। কিন্তু নিজে যতদিন না প্রথমবার SSC CGL পাশ করেছিলাম, ততদিন শুধুই পড়তাম । এসব How to Crack video বানাই নি। যদিও তখন ও আমি প্রাইমারি তে চাকরী করতাম তাও এটাই মনে হতো যে যতক্ষণ না নিজে সেই জায়গায় পৌঁছাচ্ছি, অন্য কে জ্ঞান দেওয়ার যোগ্যতা আমার নেই।
কিন্তু আজকাল যা দেখছি। ব্যাপার টা এরম লাগে যে, আমি সাঁতার জানি না , নিজে কোনোদিন সাঁতরে পুকুর/নদী পার করিনি। অথচ আর একজন বলছি পুকুরে/নদীতে ঝাপ মারতে। শুধুমাত্র Theoritical Knowledge এর ভিত্তিতে? ভাই মরে যাবে ছেলে পুলে গুলো এইভাবে পুকুরে/নদী তে ঝাঁপ দিলে। 🥲
