Nerve injuries
### Hands of Benediction 👐✋
This condition occurs due to median nerve damage, usually at the elbow or wrist. When trying to make a fist, the patient cannot flex the index and middle fingers, resulting in a hand posture that resembles a benediction gesture.
### Wrist Drop 💪⏬
Wrist drop is caused by radial nerve injury, often due to a fracture of the humerus. The inability to extend the wrist and fingers leads to a drooping appearance of the hand.
### Claw Hand 🦞✋
This condition results from ulnar nerve damage, typically at the wrist or elbow. It causes hyperextension of the metacarpophalangeal joints and flexion of the interphalangeal joints, giving the hand a claw-like appearance.

Hello. I am a medical student from Bangladesh. Please help Bangladeshi people. The government here is autocratic although they claim to the outside world to be democratic. They had kept the internet shut down here for last 6 days. They have been in a killing spree killing at least 1000+ students because we had asked for our rights. The situation here is very dangerous. We have no justice in this country. Please spread this news, doctors and others. I feel helpless and finding no other platform, decided to text here.
