Choose to set your slippage tolerance using either an absolute price value or a percentage.
- For Buy Orders, slippage is calculated from the best ask price.
- For Sell Orders, it’s based on the best bid price.
If the best bid and ask prices are 100.0 and 100.1 respectively, and the slippage tolerance is set to 0.1:
Buy Order
Worst acceptable execution price = 100.1 + 0.1 = 100.2
Sell Order
