衛星雲圖精選——交通部中央气象局:塵霾及冷空氣南下
影像為110年10月27日上午9時00分衛星所觀測到的真實色影像。影像顯示在山東、河南、安徽、江蘇,以及江蘇以東之黃海海面到韓國南部地區,皆觀測到明顯的塵霾現象;黃海海面上亦可見因北方的乾冷空氣南下以致海面晴空,與南側的塵霾形成明顯的分界,如箭頭所示;另,在山東半島則可見霧區,如黃色圈圍所示。點選影像可開啟自上午6時00分起至下午17時00分為止,每10分鐘觀測一次的連續影像動畫,動畫顯示,隨著乾冷空氣南下,塵霾帶明顯被往東南方推移,同時,在濟州島南側亦有卡門渦漩列形成;清晨出現在山東半島的霧區,隨著太陽的升起,氣溫回升而逐漸消散。

衛星雲圖精選——交通部中央气象局:溫帶氣旋與颱風瑪瑙攜手併行
影像為110年10月26日上午12時00分衛星所觀測到的真實色影像。影像顯示在西北太平洋的兩個氣旋系統,一為位於日本東京東方海面的溫帶氣旋,可見明顯的低層環流中心,如L所示;一為位於菲律賓東方海面的熱帶氣旋,亦即第2120號颱風瑪瑙,此颱風呈明顯的螺旋雲帶結構。點選影像開啟自上午7時00分起至下午13時00分,每10分鐘觀測一次的連續影像動畫,動畫中顯示東京東方海面的溫帶氣旋所伴隨的雲帶由東北往西南延伸,而南方海面的瑪瑙颱風北側外圍向外輻散的高層雲系往東北移動,明顯併入溫帶氣旋尾端的雲帶中,故而呈現溫帶氣旋與颱風攜手併行樣貌。
