A little update on my health situation: the treatment is bringing me relief and if we ignore the fact that I am now sick with pneumonia, my condition is better! The tumor growth has been able to stop, but it's not definite yet and I will have surgery in the winter.

Tapioca DAO hack is likely the result of a team member downloading malware as the theft is tied on-chain to other recent hacks such as Nexera, Concentric, Masa, SpaceCatch, Reach, Serenity Shield, MurAll, etc I have previously covered which were the result of fake job scams (contagious interview)
Stolen funds from this incident were bridged from Arbitrum to BSC where ~$4.7M currently sits.

A great article showcasing that even in case everything has been compromised - the hardware wallet still can safe you on the example of the Radiant key compromise exploit. I personally use SafePal S1 as it doesn't have WiFi, Bluetooth or any other connections to the world - a fully offline device.

- Use a dedicated machine for onchain transactions and nothing else.
- Use a hardware wallet. I prefer gridplus because I can read txn data on screen and tag certain contracts/addresses, so I have a clear sign if something if off.
- Use software or hardware 2FA everywhere. Never use SMS 2FA. I prefer YubiKeys, but Authy or another solution works well, too.
